DHAKA: Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) executive director Dr Iftekharuzzaman commented that the national broadcast policy conflicts with right to information act.
According to him, this policy will hamper the freedom of media.
The TIB boss further said that a transparent commission should be formed to implement the broadcast policy.
He added that though the policy has some positive sections but some are harmful for media.
