DHAKA: Performing hajj for some 581 people has become uncertain due to inconsistencies in their names and addresses.

He said, “Out of thousands of pilgrims, the names and addresses of some 581 hajj-pilgrims have been found inconsistent.”

The lawmaker said, “The ministry arranged for 136 hajj-pilgrims out of 141, who could not go to perform hajj in 2013 due to various agencies betrayal. Out of rest five, three died and two are no longer interested to go to perform hajj.”
