DHAKA: A construction worker was killed after he fell from a building of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) here on Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Rubel, 35.

Rubel’s fellow worker Minal said he fell from the building while plastering the 4th floor of the building around 1:00 pm.

He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) where the attending doctors declared Rubel dead around 3:00pm.

In-charge of DMCH police camp Mozammal Haque confirmed the matter to banglanews.
