CHUADANGA: Border Security Force (BSF) of India detained two Bangladeshi nationals from Munshipur and Benipur border areas under Damurhuda and Jiban Nagar upazila of the district on Sunday.

The detainees are cattle traders--Nabageju, 40 and Jhontu Mia, 36.

BGB sources said BSF personnel held Nabageju in the morning when he went to Munshipur border area for cattle trading.

On the other hand, Jhontu Mia was held by BSF from Benipur border area of Jiban Nagar upazila.

Assistant Director of Chuadanga Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB)-6 Major Anwar Zahid said a letter was sent to BSF asking them to hold a flag meeting to get the Bangladeshis back.
