DHAKA: Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali will attend the 3rd Bangladesh-India Joint Consultative Commission (JCC) meeting to be held on September 20 in New Delhi.    

The minister will fly for India on 18 September on a four-day visit. 

Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj invited him to attend the meeting aiming to review the status of relations between the two neighboring countries. 

AH Mahmood Ali and Sushma Swaraj will lead their respective sides to the meeting.

The Foreign Minister is also expected to pay courtesy calls on Indian President and Prime Minister during the visit.
