CHITTAGONG: Customs officials here recovered five gold bars, weighing 683 grams, from a passenger at Shah Amanat International Airport on Sunday morning. 

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Shahadat Jamil, an assistant commissioner of the Airport Customs, said that scanning a carton of the passenger named Nurul Azim, customs officials recovered the gold bars around 9:30am. 

Legal action will be taken against the passenger, he added.
