NARAYANGANJ: A Narayanganj court on Tuesday sentenced one-year rigorous imprisonment to Nur Hossain, the prime accused of sensational 7-murder, in a case filed under the Wild Life (Preservation) Order.

Senior Judicial Magistrate HM Shafiqul Isalm passed the verdict.

The judge also fined him Tk 50,000, in default, ordered him to serve three months more in jail.

However, Nur Hossain was not present in the court during the verdict as he is now in Kolkata jail.
