DHAKA: Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Friday said the no traffic jam has appeared on the highways and the vehicles’ are running in low speed.

The minister also warned of taking actions against those who are taking more fares from homebound people when Eid-ul-Azha will pass.

Obaidul told the journalists after visiting at Sayedabad Bus Terminal of the city at 11:20am on the day.

The minister, however, claimed that no allegation has been received from the passengers those are traveling on Dhaka-Chittagong and Dhaka-Sylhet highways.
