BRAC Bank loot ‘mastermind’ held

JOYPURHAT: Police arrested a man along with Tk 9 lakh from Kushtia district on Wednesday in connection to the looting of Tk 1.95 crore from BRAC Bank Joypurhat branch.

Police claimed that the arrestee is the main culprit of the looting.

The identity of the arrestee could not be known immediately.

Joypurhat Sadar Thana Officer-in-Charge (investigation) Khairul Bashar confirmed the matter.
