DHAKA: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-1 detained three foreigners from Uttara of the city on Wednesday for living illegally.

The detainees are from Nigeria and Sierra Leone.

Assistant Director of RAB’s Media Wing Major Maksudul Alam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said, as a part of the continuous operation, they conducted the drive in the area and detained the three foreign nationals around 10:00am.

The elite forces have been investigating the detainees.
