10 Biman officials sued for smuggling

DHAKA: Customs Intelligence filed a case against 14 people including 10 officials of Biman Bangladesh Airlines on Saturday bringing allegation of gold smuggling.

Deputy of commissioner of investigation department Umme Nahida Akter confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The case was filed over a gold smuggling incident on August 24, 2013, she added.
