SATKHIRA: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel on Friday detained 19 Bangladeshi nationals in Gazipur border area of the district on charges of their illegal infiltration into Indian territory.

They were handed over to Satkhira Sadar thana. A case was filed in this connection.

Confirmed the matter,  Satkhira BGB-38 Battalion Gazipur BOP Commander Nayeb Subedar Haydar Ali told banglanews that the border force filed a case against the detainee under passport act.
