DHAKA: Outgoing US Ambassador to Bangladesh Dan W Mozena called on Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali at his secretariat office on Thursday.

During the parley, the ambassador appreciated the role of the foreign minister and congratulated him for his leadership at the foreign office.

He also referred to the successful completion of the third Bangladesh-US partnership dialogue and wished that the visit of the foreign minister to Washington DC would be held soon.

Mozena also exchanged his experience of travel across Bangladesh and said that this is a very rich country with rich of culture and resilience and innovativeness of people.

He said that he would continue narrating the story of rich Bangladesh to the American people.

Mozena recognized that Bangladesh-US relation have not been better, wider and deeper before.
