CHITTAGONG: Railway authority suspended sub-assistant engineer Jahangir Alam and black listed contractor firm SR House over falling of a 4-year-old boy 400 feet deep into a pipe at a project site in Khilgaon Friday.

Director General of Railway Tofazzal Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier in the day, the kid named Zihad fell into 400 feet deep into a pipe at capital’s Khilgaon at 3:30pm.

Till filing this report, fire fighters were trying to rescue the boy.
