MYMINSINGH: At least four people, including a 2-and-a-half year old child, were killed and three others injured in a road accident at Dhalobazar under Fulpur upazila of the district on Saturday noon.

Of the deceased, two were identified as Shanto, 18 and Fazili, 42.

Officer-in-Charge of Fulpur Thana Abdul Motaleb told banglanews that a Dhaka-bound bus knocked a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at the area, leaving three auto-rickshaw passengers dead on the spot and four others injured.

The injured were rushed to Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital, he added.

Later, Fazili succumbed to her injuries at the hospital around 4:30pm.

In-charge of emergency department of the hospital Jamal Uddin confirmed the matter to banglanews.
