COMILLA: An auto-rickshaw driver and a passenger were killed, and three others injured in a road accident in Nimsar area in Burichang at 12:30pm Thursday.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Confirming the matter to banglanews, Officer-in-Charge of Moinamoti Highway Police Sohel Ahmed said a rashly driven bus of Asia Paribohon rammed an auto-rickshaw in the area, leaving the casualties.
The injured were rushed to local hospital, he added.
