Cricketer Rubel surrenders Rubel Hossain & Naznin Aktar Happy

DHAKA: Cricketer Rubel Hossain surrendered before court and sought bail in a sexual assault case filed by actress Naznin Aktar Happy.

Judge Anwar Sadar of Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court will hear the bail plea at 11:00am Thursday.

On December 13, 2014, Happy filed the case with Mirpur Thana against Rubel bringing allegation of sexual assault.

Later, Rubel took four weeks anticipatory bail from High Court on December 15.
