RAB’s TK1 lakh bounty to curb violence

DHAKA:  Rapid Action Battalion declared a cash reward of maximum Tk 1 lakh and minimum TK 10,000 for helping catch those responsible for violence during blockades.

RAB director general Benazir Ahmed made the announcement at its headquarters in the city around 11:30am. 

He said that the force will give TK10,000 as reward  if anyone provides accurate information about cocktail attackers and video footage of the incident,  TK20,000 for giving accurate information about petrol bomb attackers, and TK 25,000 for extending support to arrest an cocktail attackers red-handed.

Besides, TK 1,00,000 will be given as reward if anyone can extend support to arrest an petrol bomb attackers red-handed, he added.

Earlier, police announced TK 1,00,000 bounty for helping arrest the arsonists.
