RUPGANJ, NARAYANGANJ: Police recovered bodies of two women, who allegedly committed suicide in Noapara and Rupsi of Rupganj, on Wednesday morning.

The deceased were identified as Piara Begum, 40, wife of Ali Akbar, hailed from Sherpur district and Shibu, 15, daughter of Abdur Rahim.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Officer-in-Charge of Rupganj Thana ABM Mehedi Masud said Piara Begum committed suicide over family feud and Shibu drank poison.

Two unnatural death cases were filed and the bodies were sent to Sadar Hospital for autopsy, he added.
