DHAKA: Police detained two youths with four kilograms of gold from Gabtali Bus Terminal in the city on Friday night.

The detainees are Nur Nabi, 27, and Minhajul Haque Minal, 28.

Darusslam Thana Sub-Inspector (SI) M Ali confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The SI said law enforcers nabbed the youths around 10:30am on their way to Joypurhat, carrying the gold.

However, police could not know yet that who will be the recipient of the gold, Ali added.
