SIRAJGANJ: A man was killed and four others were injured as miscreants hurled a petrol bomb aiming a CNG-run auto-rickshaw on Dhaka-Sirajganj highway at Sadar upazila on Saturday night.

The deceased was identified as Ganes Das, 45, hailed from Baniapatti area of the Sadar town.

Officer-in-Charge of Sirajganj Sadar Thana Habibul Islam told banglanews that miscreants blasted a petrol bomb aiming a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Ramgati area.

The injured were rushed to Sirajganj Sadar Hospital, he added.
