DHAKA: The power supply was resumed at Gulshan political office of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Saturday night after 20 hours of disconnection.

Earlier at 2:42am, Dhaka Electric Supply Company Limited (DESCO) cut off the electricity line.

However, generator has since been used to supply power to the office.

Moreover, people staying inside the office were able to watch satellite television channels, which came to a halt as the cable connection went off around 11:00am on the day.
