GAZIPUR: Government Railway Police recovered two bodies from Tongi rail-crossing area adjacent to Ahsan Ullah Master Flyover on Saturday evening.

The deceased were identified as Shilpi Akter, 27 and Enamul Haque, 32.

GRP sources said that they might have been crushed under the wheels of a train.

Police recovered the bodies from the area around 5:30pm and sent them to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue.

Dhaka GRP Thana Officer-in-Charge Abdul Majid confirmed the matter to banglanews.
