NILPHAMARI: At least 21 passengers of a bus were injured in a road accident in Kashem Bazar area under Kishoreganj upazila of the district on Friday.

Witnesses said that a passenger bus plunged into a roadside ditch as its driver lost control over the steering in the area at noon, leaving 21 passengers of the bus injured critically.

The injured were whisked off to Kishoreganj Upazila Health Complex.

Kishoreganj Thana Officer-in-Charge Mostafijur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.
