DHAKA: Denying the responsibility of continuous sabotage including hurling petrol bomb, killing and creating violence, BNP led 20-party alliance urged for an investigation under United Nations (UN).
Joint Secretary General of BNP Salahuddin Ahmed came up with this urge through a press release sent to the media Friday evening.
Accusing the incumbent government’s chief, ministers and leaders for falsehood, the senior leader said “they are trying to color the democratic movement as violence and militancy.”
However, we earlier made our stance clear, he added.
The alliance also demanded fair investigation about the ongoing political turmoil of the country to ensure fair justice against the culprit.
Salahuddin claimed that the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been fulfilling her political envy using the law enforcers.
She will be responsible for killing, forced abduction, harassing 20-party coalition leaders and activists.
Earlier on the day, the BNP senior leader announced a fresh 72-hour long nationwide hartal from Sunday morning through another statement.
