DHAKA: Visiting West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee assured Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina that the Land Boundary Accord (LBA) would be approved in next Lokshobha session set to start on February 23.

She also assured the premier to remain all positive in regard of the Teesta water sharing deal.

Mamata Banerjee made the pledges while holding a meeting with Sheikh Hasina at the Gano Bhaban, her government residence in the noon.

Prime Minister’s Information Adviser Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury briefed the journalists about the meting.
