Bus kills 2 pedestrians

COXSBAZAR: Two pedestrians were killed and two more injured as a bus ran over them in Maijghona area under Chakaria upazila Saturday.

The deceased were identified as Monsur Alam, 17, son of Kalu and Chhoton, 14, son of one Dalilur Rahman of the area.

Officer-in-Charge of Chakaria Thana Provash Chandra Dhar confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Police seized the killer bus, but the driver fled the scene. The injured were sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital, he added.
