JAMALPUR: Police, on Sunday, recovered the body of a woman who along with three others had gong missing in the trawler capsize in the Jamuna River in Kulakandi area of the district Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Kalabanu, 40 while the missing are Mostafa Bepari, 35, Mangal Bepari, 38 and Rashidul Bepari, 45.

Islampur Thana officer-in-charge Din-E-Alam told banglanews that four people went missing when a trawler sank off the Jamuna River during storm in Kulakandi area of the district around 8:00pm.

Later, the body of Kalabanu was recovered from the river around 3:00pm Sunday, around 19-hour after the sink off.
