Major reshuffle in police

DHAKA: A major reshuffle has been made in police administration including its DIG, additional police commissioner and police supers.

A gazette notification issued from home ministry said on Tuesday.

In the reshuffle, police headquarters deputy inspector general (DIG) of police Binoy Krishna Bala has been transferred to CID while DMP additional police commissioner Mili Biswas to DIG police headquarters.

Moreover, Magura police super Jihadul Kabir has been transferred to Rajbari, Barisal’s AKM Ahsan Ullah to Magura and DMP additional police commissioner SM Aktaruzzaman has been made Barisal police super.
