DHAKA: Family members will get chance to meet death convict war criminal Jamaat leader Kamaruzzaman before execution.

Reliable source of Dhaka Central Jail made the remark Friday adding that the defense lawyers will not get that chance.

On Friday morning, after staying for over one hour, two Magistrates of Dhaka District Administration left Central Jail saying nothing about whether Kamaruzzaman sought clemency or not.

Earlier in the day, Magistrates Tanvir Mohammad and Mahbub Jamil entered into the jail where IG Prison Brigadier General Iftekhar Uddin, DIG Prison Golam Hyder and Senior Jail Super Forman Ali were also present on Friday.

Later around 11:30am, they left the jail briefing nothing to the media.
