DHAKA: A construction worker died falling from an under-construction building in city’s Afatab Nagar of Badda area on Tuesday.

The deceased was identified as M Hannan, 35.

Deceased’s fellow, Joynal Abedin, said Hannan fell from the building of one Abdul Mannan in the area around 10:30am.

Later, Hannan was rushed to the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) where the attending doctors declared him dead around 3:30pm.

DMCH police outpost Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Sentu Chandra Das confirmed the matter to banglanews.
