DHAKA: A reporter of online news-portal risingbd Yasin Rabbi was bullet-shot during clashes centering city polls in Basabo Girls High School vote center in city’s Sabujbagh area on Tuesday.

He is under treatment at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) at noon.

The victim told banglanews that he was inside Basabo Girls High School poll center. He received bullet-shot in his right leg.

Moreover, English daily New Age photojournalist Indrajit Kumar Ghosh was also hurt as a piece of brick-chip hit him during poll clashes in front of Kabi Nazrul Government College in city’s older section.

He was received treatment at DMCH.
