DHAKA: Police recovered bodies of an unidentified youth and a woman in city on Sunday.

A domestic help identified as Nasima Begum (28) died at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) Sunday early morning.

Dulal Hossain, a relative of the deceased, told banglanews that Nasima was working at a mess on Shershah Suri Road in city’s Mohammadpur area. She was found fallen from the roof of the 4-storey house.

Nasima was rushed to DMCH where the on-duty doctor declared her dead on arrival.

DMCH police camp assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Sentu Chandra Das confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Moreover, an unidentified youth died at DMCH while under treatment this morning.

A student Mosharraf Hossain told banglanews that he found the youth unconscious on pavement in city’s Panthapath area on April 26.

‘Later, I admit him at DMCH,’ Mosharraf said, ‘the man might be a drug addicted’.

Confirming the matter, Sentu said the youth’s dead body was sent to the morgue for autopsy.
