PABNA: Two people were electrocuted in Sadar and Faridpur upazilas of the district on Friday morning.

The deceased were identified as Abdul Hannan, 35, of Gati village in Sadar upazila and Shahidul Islam, 28, of Chithulia village in Faridpur upazila.

Witnesses said Shahidul came contact with a live electric wire while placing cloths on the wire at about 11am, leaving him seriously injured. He died on the way to hospital.

Hannan electrocuted while repairing electric wire at his house at early hours.
