DHAKA: A young man was killed when his motorcycle overturned on Khilgaon Flyover of the city Wednesday morning.

The deceased was identified as Shanto, 20, hails from Brahmanbaria district.

Victim’s fellow, Imon and Mynuddin those also injured in the accident, told banglanews that the motorcyclist Imon lost his control over the steering when it was in the flyover, leaving the trio critically injured.

Locals rushed them to the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) where the attending doctors declared Shanto dead.

Other two injured are under treatment in the hospital.

DMCH police outpost assistant sub-inspector (ASP) Sentu Chandra Das confirmed the matter to banglanews.
