NAOGAON: Two people were killed in a clash between two rival groups over a land related dispute at Akbarpur village under Patnitala Upazila of the district on Monday.

The deceased were identified as Mithun, 13, and Hafizul, 22.

Patnitala Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdur Rafique confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said Mithun was shot to death and Hafizul was hacked to death by rivals during the clash occurred around 10:45am.
