DHAKA: A city tribunal on Monday gave life term imprisonment to three people for killing a minor boy Salman over land dispute.

The convicts were Abdur Razzaq alias Bahar, Zahid Hossain and Fatema. However, Razzaq and Fatema are siblings.

Dhaka No 3 speedy tribunal judge Syed Ahmed passed the order.

According to the case statement, on July 28 in 2013 the convicts killed Salman, class IV student of Sard Memorial Biddaya Niketan and resident of Razason area of Savar upazila in Dhaka, over a long-standing dispute over land.

Victim’s father Qamruzzaman filed a case with Shahbagh Thana in this connection.
