DHAKA: The government has approved the draft of Mobile Court (amend) Act -2015.

The approval came from a regular cabinet meeting at Jatiya Sangsad on Monday.

After the meeting, cabinet secretary Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan said this while talking to reporters at secretariat around 1:00pm.

He said the act got final approval, with a provision for punishment to criminals considering circumstances though he/she not confess guilt.
