NETROKONA: Police detained two youths on charges of slaughtering a motorbike driver in Netrokona Sadar early Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Jewel Mia, 23, who was a driver of a motorcycle, used to carry passengers.

The detainees are Farhad Mia, 16 and Bashar Uddin, 16.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Officer-in-Charge of Netrokona Model Thana Masudul Alam said the detainees confessed to their guilt in primary interrogation.

They admitted about killing Jewel for snatching his motorcycle, the OC added.
