SIRAJGANJ: At least five people were killed in a road accident on Nagarbari-Boalia road at Boakhali area under Ullapara Upazila of the district Tuesday morning.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Hatikumrul Highway Thana BM Imdadul Haque told banglanews a passenger-bus knocked a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in the area around 9:00am, leaving five including the driver of the auto-rickshaw dead on the spot.
