2 killed in B’baria road crash

BRAHMANBARIA: At least two people were killed and three injured as a passenger bus hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Sarail upazila of Brahmanbaria district on Thursday.

The deceased were identified as Injamamul Haque (22), son of Enamul Haque of Madhabpur upazila of Habiganj district and Darbesh Ali (40) of Sadar upazila of Brahmanbaria district.

Darbesh was working as a manager of Supan Filling Station on Dhaka-Sylhet highway.

Confirming the matter to banglanews Sarail Khatihata Highway Police Camp sergeant Jahangir Alam said that the accident took place at Islamabad area of the upazila.

A Dhaka-Sylhet passenger bus of Shyemoli Paribahan knocked a CNG-run auto-rickshaw leaving two dead and three injured.
