DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will visit France in two phases in November to join UNESCO conference and Climate summit.

Foreign ministry source informed banglanews about the development on Tuesday.

The UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the adoption of its constitution on November 16-17.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is likely to address the UNESCO forum at the invitation of its director general Irina Bokova, said a foreign ministry official.
 
Later, she is expected to join the climate conference to be held in Paris on November 30 to December 1.

On the other hand, Commonwealth summit will be held at another European country Malta on November 27-29. The Prime Minister is likely to join the program as the leader of Bangladesh delegation.
