DHAKA: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-4 personnel detained six members of killer group ‘Shahadat Bahini’ from Pallabi area of Mirpur in city early Tuesday.

The detainees are Shanto Mia, Milon alias Sumon, Yamin Sarker alias Mintu, Babu Ahmed alias Babu, Masud Rana alias Rana and Solaiman Quader alias Pavel.

RAB headquarters confirmed the matter to banglanews around 10:15 am Tuesday.

Deputy Director (legal and media wing) of RAB HQ Major Maqsudul Alam said that details will be disclosed in a press briefing at RAB-4 office at noon.
