KHAGRACHHARI: A criminal was detained with one Sub-Machine Guns (SMG), two Self-Loading Rifles (SLR), three SLR magazines and 139 round of bullets from Dighinala of the district in a drive of Bangladesh Army.

Acting on tip off, a team of Bangladesh Army personnel started conducting drive in Kamukkaya Chhara area from 6:00am Monday.

Khagrachhari Army region G2I major Nasir, around 9:15am, told banglanews that the drive is underway since morning.

One Sub-Machine Guns (SMG), two Self-Loading Rifles (SLR), three SLR magazines and 139 round of bullets were recovered till now, he added.
