DHAKA: Falani’s father Nurul Islam demanded the governments of both Bangladesh and India to hang the killer of his daughter.

He reiterated the demand at a human chain, organized by Nagarik Parishad in front of National Press Club in city on Monday.

Describing the incident of Falani killing, the bereaved father said that the Border Security Force (BSF) man Amiya Ghosh killed her daughter on the border.

‘I want capital punishment of the killer Amiya Ghosh, who had shot my daughter. I hope the governments of Bangladesh and India will try the killer.’

Moreover, Nagarik Parishad demanded to identify the border area, where Falani was shot to death, after the victim’s name.

Organization convener Shamsuddin chaired the program.
