Jamaat-cops clash in city, 2 held

DHAKA: Two people were held after a clash that ensued between activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and police in capital’s Jatrabari area on Wednesday morning.

Confirming the matter, Wari Zone deputy commissioner of police Nurul Islam told banglanews that the clash ensued around 9:15am when Jamaat men attempted to bring out a procession.
