DHAKA: Sylhet Super Stars beat Barisal Bulls by nine wickets in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur on Sunday.

Sylhet reached the target with 52 balls remaining.  Nurul Hasan scored 23 runs off 26 balls and Junaid Siddique 34 runs off 37 balls   

Barisal Bulls scored 58 all out in 16 overs of the 20-over match.
   
RS Bopara bagged three wickets while Mohammad Shahid, Rubel Hossain and Shahid Afridi took two wickets each and Sohail Tanvir got one.
    
Earlier, Sylhet Super Stars won the toss and elected to field.

Sylhet Super Stars who are lagging behind on the points table have been boosted by the inclusion of Shahid Afridi and Sohail Tanvir.
