DHAKA: Freedom fighter Dr Taibun Nahar Rashid and fashion designer Bibi Russell were honored with ‘Rokeya Padak-2015’ for their respective contribution to the promotion of female education and women's socio-economic development.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina handed over the award to Bibi Russell and son of Taibun Nahar at a program on the occasion of Rokeya Day in city’s Osmani Memorial Auditorium Wednesday morning.
