DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday expressed deep shock over the death of Shobdo Sainik, one who fights battles with music, Rashidul Hossain of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra.

A press release was issued from the Prime Minister’s press wing in this regard in the morning.

Earlier, Rashidul Hossain breathed his last due to old age complexities at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Medical University (BSMMU) in city around 4:00am on Tuesday. He was 80.

The premier also prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy for the family members.
