DHAKA: The six-day director general-level conference between Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has been postponed on Tuesday.

The announcement was made following a tragic crash of a BGB plane in Delhi that killed ten people including three BGB Jawans earlier in the day.

Foreign Ministry official confirmed the matter to banglanews. The next date will be declared later.

Earlier, a 23-member Indian delegation led by BSF DG DK Pathak was about to arrive in Dhaka to take part in the conference, scheduled to be started on Wednesday.
